## Summary

In a move aimed at pressuring the government to address his long-standing demands, Dr Govinda KC has started his 25th hunger strike in Ilam. The protest, which began at the Narayan Temple in Ilam, comes after the government failed to meet an extended deadline to implement necessary reforms in the country's medical education system. KC's decision to resort to a hunger strike is a reflection of his growing frustration with the government's inaction on this critical issue.
